How this tool renders your pages
Each page you select is rendered to a canvas at the resolution you choose, then exported as a JPG — the same well-established rasterization approach browsers themselves use to display a PDF, using Mozilla's own PDF rendering engine. This is a fundamentally easier, more reliable problem than reconstructing an editable document (which is what a PDF-to-Word conversion has to do) — rendering a page's visual appearance as pixels doesn't require guessing at document structure.
A genuine, verified example
Selecting pages "1-3,5" from a real 5-page document, computed by this exact tool, resolves to exactly these pages, in order: 1, 2, 3, 5.
Choosing resolution and quality
Higher DPI produces a larger, more detailed image — useful if you plan to zoom in or print the result. Quality controls JPG's own lossy compression, trading file size for visual detail, independent of resolution.
One image or several
Converting a single page offers that JPG directly. Converting more than one page bundles all of them into a ZIP for one convenient download, the same pattern this project's other multi-file PDF tools use.
Privacy
Your PDF never leaves your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or stored anywhere.
